Thirst, led by John Pobojewski, designed and developed the visual online presentation of ON TO 2050, the comprehensive regional plan for Metropolitan Chicago. Coordinated with the brand identity and executive summary also designed, the online plan provides interactive visualizations of core planning concepts and data graphics, as well as architectural renderings by UrbanLab and immersive photography by Dave Burk.

In addition to designing the plan to provide much greater visibility and reference through an interactive platform, the website was also developed to be fully Section 508 and level-AA compliant, aligning with CMAP’s goals for accessibility.
