Shapack Partners is a Chicago-based real estate development company credited with leading the creation of Fulton Market District, a renaissance neighborhood of West Loop. When commissioned to design their new logo, Thirst turned the tables on Jeff Shapack by directing him to write the signature that would become the new logo for his company.
