Thirst, led by John Pobojewski, was commissioned to brand this renovated luxury highrise in Chicago’s prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood. Inspired by Fabien Baron’s work for Interview magazine in the early 90s, the identity establishes a holistic sense of place within the entire building through well-crafted typography and a restrained color palette.
